Eligibility is limited to passenger vehicles with a maximum of 7 seats (7 seats included). Trucks and vehicles with more than 7 seats are excluded from coverage.
Protection is valid only for tires purchased from authorized dealers under the Sailun Group (15 inches or above, excluding run-flats and competition tires).
Protection becomes effective immediately upon successful activation.
Validity Period:
• Non-commercial vehicles:
Must register within 365 days from the tire installation date
• Commercial vehicles:
Must register within 90 days from the installation date
The protection service must be registered on the same day the tire is installed.
During the valid protection period, if a tire is damaged during normal driving due to a non-traffic-accident road impact, resulting in sidewall bulging or impact-induced rupture causing air leakage, the tire may qualify for replacement.
1. Impact Bulging: Caused when the tire hits an obstacle, damaging or breaking the carcass cords and resulting in a sidewall bulge.
2. Impact Blowout: Caused by a sudden impact or bump that instantly damages the sidewall and releases air pressure.
The tear is irregular with loose, uneven cord ends, and the internal wound is typically over 2 cm and fully penetrated(Recommended measurement method: use the middle section of a soft measuring tape to avoid length distortion caused by the tape's metal tip). Not caused by under-inflation or intentional damage.
After submitting a protection claim and receiving approval, users may purchase a replacement tire of the same specification from an authorized Sailun store.
The protection service covers the tire only and does not include mounting, balancing, or labor costs.
Users must return the original damaged tire to the store for inspection and storage.
Each vehicle may register up to:
• 8 all-season tires
• 8 winter tires
Each mobile number may register up to 16 tires.
1. Tire damage must occur within the valid protection period and must be reported before 24:00 on the same day. Late reports will not be accepted.
2. If the vehicle requires an out-of-region claim, users must retain the damaged tire until Sailun completes the inspection and assessment.
3. Nearby authorized stores can be checked through the official mini-program. The manufacturer will assist with the protection service application based on store resource availability in the user’s location.
